+::I believe that if you beat a quest and move Unions, it remains completed. So if you're in Vulpes and beat 4 (Ira) but not 3 (Gula), and then move to a different Union, you already have 4 (Ava) completed, but not yet 3 (Ira). Also, just making 5 pages doesn't work since Ira can have PSM gems or Sun/Moon gem and title as rewards, depending on which quest he is in.
