5★ Fauna can be obtained by completing the 5★ Evolve Medals: Speed quest in the Evolve Medals: Speed series of Special Quests on Thursdays. It is used to evolve 5★ into 6★ Medals in conjunction with 3 Fantasia Mickey A Medals.
