As a Prime Medal, the 7★ Prime - Maleficent has 5 Trait slots, a maximum capacity of +2000 STR and DEF using Chip and Dale Medals, and an increased SP Attack Bonus buff as a part of its Special Attack.

In the English version, Prime - Maleficent was first made available in the 10/27/18 - 11/19/18 Supernova - Key Art #19 deal. In this deal, players had a small chance of drawing a boosted version of Prime - Maleficent that has 1,000 more base strength and defense. In this deal, players were guaranteed a 7★ Prime - Maleficent within five draws.
