Two Yen Sid medals in addition to two 4★ Good Fairy medals of the matching color are used to evolve a 3★ medal to 4★.

You can obtain Yen Sid medals by completing the High level mission in the Evolution Daily Dungeon on Fridays or by beating Guard Armor or Guard Armor Subspecies raid bosses.
