One Cheshire Cat medal is used to evolve a 1★ medal to 2★.
You can obtain Cheshire Cat medals by completing the Low level mission in the special quest on Fridays.
Cheshire Cat medals can also be obtained by defeating Pretenders in mission 80 or as normal prizes in mission 62.
