4★ Flora can be obtained by completing the Low level quest in the 4★ Evolve Medals: Power quest. It is used to evolve 4★ Power medals into 5★ medals in conjunction with 2 Yen Sid medals.

5★ Flora can be obtained by completing the High level quest in the 5★ Evolve Medals: Power quest. It is used to evolve 5★ Power medals into 6★ medals in conjunction with 3 Fantasia Mickey medals.

Flora medals can also be obtained by beating Behemoth or Behemoth Subspecies Raid Bosses.
