Yen Sid is a Common Evolve Medal in Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ / Union χ.
Two Yen Sid Medals in addition to two 4★ Good Fairy Medals (Flora, Fauna, and Merryweather) of the matching attribute are used to evolve a 4★ Medal to 5★.
You can obtain Yen Sid Medals by completing the 4★ Evolve Medals quest in the 4★-5★ Evolve Medals series of Special Quests on Fridays in the JP version or Saturdays and Sundays in the EN version, or by beating Guard Armor or Guard Armor Ω Raid Bosses.
Yen Sid Medals can also be obtained as a random drop from the rare enemy Great Pretender in Quest 174 or Quest 206 (two potential Great Pretenders), and rarely from Pretenders in Quest 270.
