When five Magic Broom Medals are used to evolve a Fantasia Mickey A Medal, it will turn into a Fantasia Mickey B Medal.
You can obtain Magic Broom Medals through Premium Avatar Boards, by completing Quest objectives on certain high level quests, through ranking in the Coliseum, and through special promotions like the VIP Quests Daily Magic Broom Challenge and Get 7 Magic Broom Medals.[1][2]
