In both versions, Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from various Events:
- Up to 21 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from a special daily Mission from September 14 to October 4, 2020.
- Up to 10 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from the JP 5th Anniv. Entry Medal Board Raid Board from September 14 to 20, 2020.
- Up to 10 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from the JP 5th Anniv. Entry Medal Cross Board from September 14 to 20, 2020.
- Up to 10 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from the Challenge Organization XIII! Event from September 14 to 27, 2020.
- 10 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from the Sora & Moogle B x10 VIP Quest from September 14 to 20, 2020.
- Up to 5 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from the High Score Challenge Event between September 14 and 23, 2020.
- Up to 5 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from the Solo Lux ranking between September 14 and 20, 2020.
- Up to 5 Sora & Moogle B Medals could be obtained from the PvP ranking between September 15 and 21, 2020.
On October 13, 2020, rewards were sent based on the number of Sora & Moogle B Medals a player had collected.
