Illustrated Xion is a Super Rare Attack Medal in Kingdom Hearts Unchained χ / Union χ.

As of December 17, 2020, Illustrated Xion can be evolved into SN++ - Illustrated Xion using two Fantasia Mickey B Medals.

When sharing an Illustrated Xion Medal, the Home Screen music changes to Xion's theme, "Musique pour la tristesse de Xion".

In the Japanese version, Illustrated Xion was available for a limited time from July 22 to August 8, 2016.

In the English version, during the 12/16/16 - 01/06/17 358/2 Days Deal, players had a small chance of drawing a boosted version of Illustrated Xion that has 1,000 more base strength.
