SN - Ultimate Form Sora can be evolved into SN+ - Ultimate Form Sora by using 5 Dual Meow Wow [SAB LV 9] Medals.
In the English version, SN - Ultimate Form Sora was first available in the 08/01/19 - 08/19/19 Ultimate Form Sora Deal. In this deal, players had a small chance of drawing a boosted version of SN - Ultimate Form Sora that has 1,000 more base strength and defense.[1]

In the Japanese version, Dedicated Awakening Medal #132 was available during the 08/01/19 - 08/19/19 "KHIII Special Draw". 30 Dedicated Awakening Medals #132 were given away as login bonus between July 31 and August 19, 2019.
