Magic Mirror can be used to permanently increase a Medal's Special Attack Bonus (Guilt) by 1%, but only if it already has a Special Attack Bonus not at its maximum.
Magic Mirror can be obtained from objectives in Proud Mode, from certain Events, such as the High Score Challenge, and through special promotions like the VIP Quest VIP Magic Mirror Quests!.
